M25

M25 is a youth mission trip that allows our youth to serve the homeless and marginalized.  Walnut Grove UMC has been participating in this program since 2017, traveling to Atlanta to “change someone’s day."  Our youth interact with the homeless in many ways such as making and passing out sandwiches, painting fingernails, talking with the homeless, and often praying with them.  They learn that the smallest act of kindness might bring an abundance of joy to offer a ray of hope to those who feel unloved.
